We don’t like using the word service because that doesn’t go far enough.  What we do instead is provide care – SelectCare in fact – which ensures your machines are hygienic, working, and an attractive place to get a coffee, not a dirty grey box in the corner dispensing dishwater that nobody ever wants to get, let alone drink, a coffee from.

SelectCare comes in many different forms and can be set at what’s right for you, your needs and your budget – from a basic Plus plan with back-up and support if your machine’s not working, to an all-inclusive Plus5 plan with 4-hour rapid response (even our machines break down sometimes!) and a visit every day to ensure everything’s tip top and sparkling.

Better still, because we've been providing in-cup machines for over 20 years and like to think we're qualified to say we know what we're doing, every in-cup system we provide comes with FREE service, including parts and labour, for up to five years from installation, providing all drinks and associated products are purchased from us.
