How We Work

There are three parts of the jigsaw that make great coffee at work.  Many other vending and coffee companies only offer, or are good at, one or two out of the three – they either have great machines and fantastic service, but aren’t switched on to truly good coffee, or offer great coffee but not much else to go with it.

We make a point of making sure we can offer all three parts of the jigsaw to every customer – past, present or future – as follows:

Machines

We only recommend and supply machines from reputable and established manufacturers, who are recognised as leaders in their field, and understand and support our beliefs and principles.  We provide these machines with a package of flexible finance proposals so you can choose what’s right for your budget.                                  

Products

Every one of our range of products is formulated, approved and enjoyed on a regular basis by us, because we're pretty confident that after 25 years we know what makes a great cup of coffee, tea, chocolate, cappuccino, soup, caffe latte, herbal infusion, mocha, espresso, hot milk, latte macchiato - in fact we'll stop the list there before we get too boring!  Of course, we also think we know how to best serve your drink, what to serve it in, and what to serve it with... 

Care           

We don’t like using the word service because that doesn’t go far enough.  What we do instead is provide care – SelectCare in fact – which ensures your machines are hygienic, working, and an attractive place to get a coffee, not a dirty grey box in the corner dispensing dishwater that nobody ever wants to get, let alone drink, a coffee from...
